1. Commercial ventilation had severe accumulation of char and grease
2. Some droppings observed in dry goods area
3. Food spillage observed within small prep cooler by handwashing station
Corrective Action(s): 1. This must be cleaned by staff as well as professionally cleaned. All equipment must be maintained in sanitary condition
2. Remainder of rodent droppings must be removed underneath shelving of dry goods area, must continue to monitor for pests.
3. Remove, clean and wipe down this cooler.
Ensure that all equipment is cleaned and maintained on a frequent basis.

Follow up inspection conducted to MTRG-AX4THU.
The following issues have been corrected on or before this inspection.
- Hot water tank has been replaced and adequate supply of hot water now was available in facility.
- Hot Water measured at >45C.
- Rodent droppings removed on pop syrup boxes

- Hot/ cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels available at all handwashing stations
- All temperatures meet health requirements
- Chlorine sanitizer solution available in spray bottles, concentration at 200ppm
- Low temperature dishwasher available, concentration of chlorine residual at least 50ppm at final rinse
