Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A small amount of rodent droppings were present on the floor next to the stand mixer.
Corrective Action(s): Person in charge removed the rodent droppings during the inspection. Monitor for signs of recent pest activity and continue with pest control measures: Cleaning and sanitizing all affected areas, sealing any potential entry points, re-servicing mechanical traps on a regular basis, keeping food covered between use, and keeping the food premises in a clean condition.

Handsinks were properly supplied.
Staff were washing their hands during the inspection.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was at or above 71 degrees C (measured at 78 degrees C) at the plate level.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside two labelled spray bottles.
Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezer temperatures were satisfactory.
Hot-held food was at or above 60 degrees C.
Apart from the one corner next to the stand mixer, floor in other areas appeared to be in a clean condition.
Food storage areas and preparation areas were clean and organized.
Stand mixer was in a clean condition.
Person in charge on shift had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 course equivalent training.
