Receiving area: Walk in freezer shared by grocery, seafood, meat, deli dept. -23.4C. All food were pre-packaged. 3 flies observed. Reminded store manager to keep good sanitation and dispose organic garbage more frequently when summer is approaching. Produce area/back: Food storage areas were satisfactory. Food was stored off floor. Dairy walk in cooler 3.4C. chemicals stored away from food. Quats at 200ppm. Customer service area: Eggs, yogurt, tofu, cheese, produce display cooler all at or below 4C. bulk food maintained in sanitary condition, scoops properly stored. High temperature dishwasher in the produce are used for bulk food scoop, tested 71.9C by the end of washing cycle. Ice machine was in a good sanitary condition. No stain inside. Ice shovel stored properly.
