** Follow-up Inspection completed. - Dishwasher (high temperature) has been previously inconsistent with maintaining temperature of minimum of 71C at plate surface. - Unit adjusted during inspection and maintaining a minimum temperature of 71C at plate surface (71 - 72C) for 3 consecutive cycles. ** Ensure going forward settings for dishwasher are set to proper levels to allow for sanitizing of dishware. - Maintain a temperature log for high temperature dishwasher. - See previous report for additional notes. ** Health Approval Granted.
