Observation: Observed rodent droppings and a dead mouse in the back storage area by the back door.
Corrective Action(s): Use 1:10 bleach to water solution to soak the affected area for 5-10 minutes then wipe up with paper towels. Contact pest control company and follow their recommended control measures.

Observation: Non-food items were stored directly on the floor of the back storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Lift all the items >15cm off the floor to facilitate cleaning and to better monitor pest activities.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Left end of walk-in glass display cooler was measured at 6.7C. Minimal air flow was noted at the left end. Other parts of walk-in glass display cooler was showing 4C or less.
Corrective Action(s): Organize the walk in cooler to remove items that are obstructing air flow, if any. Service the cooler so left end of cooler can maintain 4C or less. Correct this by: as soon as possible before April 1, 2021.

Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel.
Ice cream freezer was measured at -20C
Only pre-packaged foods (e.g., sandwiches) were being sold.
Food dispensing units (e.g., slush machine, coffee station) are kept in sanitary condition.
Cream dispensing unit was measured at 4C or less.
Potentially hazardous foods were within their best before dates and stored in cooler.
General food storage practice is adequate.
Public access washroom is kept in sanitary condition.
Sanitation at the store front is adequate.
