Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator was rinsing towel in water and using to wipe surfaces/counters in kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, towels must be put into bleach solution before wiping any food contact surfaces. Do not just use water as this will not sanitize your surfaces.
