- General sanitation - good. - All handsinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid handsoap and single use paper towels. - Walk-in cooler, pizza prep cooler and drinks cooler at 4C or below. - Upright storage freezer and chest freezer at -18C. - Front counter top hot holding unit for pizza at 60C. - Surface sanitizer is available in spray bottle, measured at 100ppm chlorine residual. - Three compartment sink is available for manual warewashing as well as plugs. - Food storage practice is satisfactory. - No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection.
