Paper report# 252878 Routine inspection was conducted. Handsink was fully equipped with soap and paper towel. Chlorine sanitizer was available at 100ppm. Coolers and freezers were measured at 4C and -18C respectively. No signs of pests. General sanitation was good. Signatures were obtained on the paper report.
