Routine inspection conducted for kitchen inside daycare. - Hand wash station equipped with hot + cold running water, soap and paper towels. - Dishwasher - high temp achieved 75 degrees Celsius at plate level after final rinse. - Bleach sanitizer available in spray bottle, tested @ >100 ppm (Change wipping Cloths every 4 hrs to avoid potential microbial growths) - Food stored off floor, all temperatures satisfactory. - General sanitation is good, no signs of pests. Employee has FoodSafe level 1 certificate.
