Routine Inspection: - Hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available at all hand wash stations - 200ppm chlorine bleach in sanitizer buckets - Meat slicer was clean and in good condition - Low temperature dishwasher reached 50ppm chlorine at plate surface - Walk in cooler was 4C or lower - Preparation cooler was 15C at the time of inspection; operator was aware and scheduled a repair. Proteins and condiments kept in cooler only for lunch rush and then moved to working cooler - Cooler at the front of house was 4 or lower - Glass display cooler used for storage - 4 chest freezers in the back area; 2 coolers were -18C or lower; 2 coolers were inaccessible due to items being stored on top - Chest freezer near the cooking line was -18C or lower - Food storage was adequate; food items were off of the ground and covered with adequate lids or by saran wrap - No pest activity was observed during inspection **Recommended to install screen door to prevent the entry of pests in the back** - General sanitation and cleanliness was adequate Please contact the health officer if you have any questions or concerns
