Dishwasher registers 76 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
100ppm bleach available for use in container. Wiping cloth stored in solution when not in use.
Domestic cooler at or below 4 degrees C. Freezer section at -12 degrees C.
Upright freezer at -17 degrees C.
2 chest freezers at or below -18 degree C.
Temperature monitoring records maintained and available for review.
