Follow-up inspection to complaint inspection conducted on September 06, 2022.
The following items have been observed:
-->Operator has hired a new pest control company "Pest Best".
-->New pest control agreement was provided.
-->Technician has visited on Tuesday and conducted a treatment.
-->A handful of live cockroaches is noted, but significantly improved from previous inspection.
-->Current plan is for pest control company to visit once a week for the next three weeks, then bi-weekly treatment the next four times.
-->Facility has been pressure washed yesterday.
-->Facility appears cleaner. General sanitation is satisfactory.
-->Food products are stored above ground to help with sanitation.
-->Most tiles in the kitchen area have been re-tiled.

Closure order rescinded.
Facility may now re-open.

Note:
1. Continue to work with pest control company. Follow all recommendations by pest control technician.
2. Finish re-tiling all chipped tiles. As this can provide a shelter for cockroaches, this should be done within 2 weeks.
3. Pressure wash main cooking line frequently to avoid pooling of grease under equipment. Cockroaches live off grease. Add wheels to deep fryers to help with cleaning.
4. Keep dishwashing area as dry as possible. Cockroaches love moisture also.
5. Do not overstock. Keep all food products above ground.
