Comments

- General sanitation is good.
- Handwashing station stocked with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- All coolers (undercounter, upright) < or = to 4C. Middle undercounter cooler at 10C. The staff stated that no cold Potentially Hazardous Food (PHFs) items are stored inside. Prepackaged chocolates and whole fruits stored inside.
- All freezers (chest)< or = to -18C
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Please follow the proper dishwashing instructions posted on the wall (i.e. wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry).
- The staff was using Benzylkonium Chloride disinfectant as sanitizer to sanitize food contact surfaces. Please use chlorine solution at 100 ppm as sanitizer instead.
- Chlorine dilution is: 1 tbsp bleach to 1 gallon water or 1 tsp bleach to 1 litre water.
- Surface sanitizer available in spray bottle. Please use chlorine sanitizer at 100 ppm solution as surface sanitizer for counter.
- Dry storage area is good
- No signs of pest activity.
- FOODSAFE certificate available on site. Verified at the time of inspection.
