2nd follow-up inspection: -Sanitation in the premises has improved substantially -Worn surfaces (eg. pipes along walls) have been repainted to restore surfaces and facilitate visual monitoring of areas for further mouse activity -Operator has increased freqency of pest control visits to 'weekly' while mice remain active in the premises. -Continue monitoring surfaces throughout the premises for new droppings/activity -Maintain high cleaning standards to assist pest control efforts and prevent future pest issues -Continue to seal/re-seal holes and gaps in walls, ceilings, etc -Operator has complied with all outstanding correction requirements noted on April 26th follow-up inspection -No new infractions observed -Thank You
