Multiple bags of frozen fish balls stored inside the chest freezer. No labels on packages. The owner stated that the food is being stored for personal use.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the food items noted above from the premises. All food items must be properly labeled to verify source.

- Working thermometers available inside display cooler and walk in cooler.
