Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Three packages of buns labelled "Keep Refrigerated" were stored at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure foods labelled "Keep Refrigerated" are properly stored at or below 4C to prevent the growth of pathogens and or the formation of toxins. Buns were discarded at the time of inspection.

-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezers were at -18C.
-Ice cream freezers were at -18C and -22C.

-Random selection of foods were within their best before dates.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
