- Facility is an approved food premises that is rented out. Please ensure all applicants renting out space to serve food intended for public consumption obtain Temporary Health Permits (ie. this does not include events intended for private events such as birthday parties...etc). Operator informed that generally they do not permit any cooking, mostly only reheating to be done at premises.
- Domestic refrigerator equipped with thermometer 3C in lower cooler unit and -14C upper freezer unit
- No food noted on site at time of inspection
- Good general sanitation. No obvious signs of pest activity.
- Bleach available on site.
- 3 compartment ware washing sink had ware washing signage and 3 drain plugs.
- Hand wash station had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- All lights in the food preparation area had covers in place
