Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwash stations were both obstructed and no paper towels were available at the handwash station.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure handwash stations are accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Single use paper towels were replaced at the time of inspection and containers were removed from the handwash basin.

Observation: 1) Scoop was stored in the dry ingredient container.
2) Bleach was too strong - bleach is tested with pH test strips.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure scoops are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent potential contamination of foods.
2) Bleach sanitizer must be maintained between 100ppm to 200ppm. Concentrations in excess of 200ppm may be toxic. Bleach was prepared at 200ppm at the time of inspection. Ensure the chlorine test strips are used to verify the chlorine concentration and not the pH test strips.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was unlabelled.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all chemicals are properly labelled to prevent accidental mixing and/or misuse of chemicals. Sanitizer spray bottle was labelled at the time of inspection. Check containers regularly and relabel containers as needed.

Comments

-Cooler was at 4C.
-Freezer was at -18C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Foods were cooked to greater than 74C. Food is served immediately after cooking.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 73C on the dish surface on consecutive cycles (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing). Dishwasher will be serviced by a technician - digital gauges may not be reflective of water temperature in the dishwasher.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until April 05, 2027
