All freezers were < -18 C.
Bleach solution was at 100 ppm.
Discussed sanitizing utensils in the 2-compartment sink.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
No evidence of pests.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
