Cold holding units are connected to Emerson alarm system.

General: ensure all spilt product are cleaned up (e.g. rice, bird seeds).

Pest control service by Orkin on site weekly or as needed.
According to pest reports pest activity is being controlled
Follow all recommendations by pest control and keep traps clear of obstructions
Remove any unused wooden pallets from under back storage shelves to remove possible pest harborage areas and allow for easy cleaning
