Followup inspection. The following items have been corrected from last inspection: 1. Light has been installed in dry storage hallway. 2. Display Cooler in front customer area is at 4c and equipped with thermometer. Display states 40F during time of inspection. 3. Foods in dry storage area are all located off the floor and in labelled containers. 4. Dispenser for liquid soap in the washroom has been permanently installed on wall. The following items require operators attention: 1. Ensure to transfer all frozen food items into foodgrade bags/containers for storage. 2. Replace/Install a new thermometer in the walk in cooler as the current thermometers are not as accurate.
