-Walk-in cooler was at 4C. -Walk-in freezer was at -18C. -Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom). -Cooler located under the grill was at 4C. -Bar area cooler was at 3C. -Under counter freezer was at -18C. -Hot holding cabinet was greater than 60C. -Chicken was reheated to greater than 74C on the grill. -Rice made the previous day was cooled in inserts and was at 4C. -Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface during the final rinse (minimum of 50ppm required for sanitizing). -Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Quats sanitizer pails labelled and tested at 200ppm. -Slicer was found to be clean and sanitary. Staff are properly washing and sanitizing the slicer after each use. -Scoops stored in ice/water mixture. -General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Raw foods stored separately from ready-to eat foods. -Chemicals properly labelled to identify their contents. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -Facility serviced by professional pest controller on a monthly basis.
