Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher does not reach 50ppm Chlorine at the dish. Facility staff are not checking dishwasher with testing papers daily as required. Sanitizer solution in bottle under dishwasher at concentrations less than required for dishwasher. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Dishwasher sanitizer solution was changed out for a new bottle. Dishwasher now reaches 50ppm Chlorine. Three compartment sink was set up during inspection at 200ppm Chlorine. All utensils and dishes were run through dishwasher or soaked in three compartment sink during inspection.
Proper warewashing methods were discussed with owner and staff onsite.

Corrective Action(s): Ensure testing of dishwasher occurs once per day.
Owner is to set up chart to test daily.
If dishwasher fails again facility will be closed and Health Inspector will not trouble shoot the problem again. It is the responsibility of the OWNER to ensure dishwasher is achieving final sanitizer rinse of 50ppm Chlorine at the dish and that dishwasher is properly sanitizing dishes. The Health Inspector is not responsible to teach staff how to check for sanitizer and how to test for chlorine strength.
