- Routine inspection
-Temp of all coolers and freezers are satisfactory
- Hot holding - Noting
-Dishwasher temp >71 oC at plate
-Ice machine is clean and sanitary - Ice scoop are kept out of machine
- No sign of pests noted at time of visit
- General cleaning is ok
**Bleach solution too strong in spray bottle ensure to dilute 1 oz in 1 gallon and test with chlorine test strip max 100 ppm
Bucket with bleach is made at time of visit >100 ppm
- paper towel and liquid soap are provided at hand washing sink

* Operator reported re: renovation for walls, floors in kitchen ( any prep area) and wall in hallway and some in dinning area in Novemeber
* Discussed up stair storage room - not accessible- maintain sanitation.
* Discussed no food prep or washing in janitorial sink ( no grease trap there)
* Ensure to change the shelving unit in the back room to washable material
