Follow up inspection: Pizza prep. cooler was re-serviced to 4C or less (measured at 1.5C on the right side, 2.9C in the middle, and 4C on the left side). Wooden panels were removed from the food premises. New intact curtains were installed in the walk-in-cooler. Prior to making any changes to the food operation or floor plan, contact the Environmental Health Officer & apply for health approval.
