Wipe down counters and coffee machines with clean cloth + soap + water and than spray down with the sanitizer.

Comments

Complaint was received regarding poor sanitation of the food store. Discussed the complaint with the operator.
- Food contact surfaces around and on coffee machine are not maintained in a sanitary manner.
- No approved sanitizer on site.
- No paper towels at the handsink in the staff area & in the washroom.
- ALL DAIRY PRODUCTS (milk, cream) MUST BE REFRIGERATED OR PUT ON ICE


- Pastries are stored adequately. No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection.
- Pest control service is in place.
- Coolers measured 4C, freezer measured <-18C
- Foods are within expiry dates.
