- Routine inspection conducted.
- Hand washing stations were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm to 200 ppm for sanitizing food-contact surfaces. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizing solution in containers in between uses. Solution is changed every 2 hours according to operator. Ensure to change the solution sooner if it becomes visibly dirty or cloudy.
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 73C at the dish surface during final rinse cycle. Good, minimum of 71C required at the dish surface.
- Coolers measured 4C or less.
- Freezer temperatures satisfactory.
- Accurate thermometers available. *Please ensure to maintain your daily temperature records.
- Equipment and utensils maintained in sanitary conditions.
- General sanitation is good.
- Dry storage area satisfactory.
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
