Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Paper towel not available at the hand sink at the back (three compartment)
- Cut bell peppers stored directly below the soap dispenser

Corrective Action(s): - This is repeat violation. Non-complaince in future will lead to stricter enforcement actions
- Replace paper towel immediately in the paper towel dispenser
- Use designated vegetable prep sink for washing/preparing the food. ENsure that the designated handsink is always available for handwashing

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Several containers of curries and food stored on the floor in walk-in cooler
- Bags of onions and bulk contianers in dry storage are stored on the floor
- Several containers of food are uncovered in walk-in cooler
- Raw meat is stored next to raw vegetables
Corrective Action(s): - Store all food items including containers of cooked off the floor to protect from contamination.
- Cover all food items with wraps or well-fitting lids in the coolers
- Organize your walk-in cooler to protect cooked foods and raw vegetables from raw meats

Observation: Food debris accumulated under heavy equipment, behind stove and tandoor and in the corners

Observation: - A large stove is being used for food preparation which is not allowed
- Pizza prep cooler has been moved from previous location and moved to the wall across pizza oven
- Office space being used as dry storage
Corrective Action(s): - Immediately stop the use of large unapproved stove
- Update the floor plans to reflect the changes in pizza prep cooler and dry storage

- Handsink in the prep area, pizza prep area and washrooms are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Walk-in cooler is less than 4C
- Pizza prep cooler is less than 4C
- HOt holding is at 45C, but it is time tracked and pizza slice are kept there for only one hour
- Chest freezer is measured at -18C
- Quats sanitizer is available in a spray bottle at 200pm concentration
NOTE: Store all cleaning cloths in sanitizer solution in a bucket
- Food safe is verified a tthe time of inspection
- NO evidence of pest activity
