Follow up inspection: -Walk-in-cooler had been re-serviced on September 12, 2022. -Walk-in-cooler was at or below 4 degrees C (measured at 1.4 to 1.7 degrees C) at the time of inspection. -Walk-in-cooler with equipped with a digital thermometer and a manual thermometer inside it. -Temperature record log was in place. -Staff member on shift had a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent course certificate (SafeCheck Advanced Food Safety Certification Program -Canadian Food Safety Group Online Version, expiration date: September 13, 2027).
