401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towels and liquid soap difficult to find at kitchen handwash station. Corrective Action(s): Make sure to have liquid soap dispenser at this station at all times. May be best to keep lotions and sanitizers away from the station to avoid confusion. Also, mount the paper towels as discussed in manner that rolls remain accessible to the handwash station. Violation Score: 5

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Lots of flies observed in the kitchen. Also noted several sticky tape rolls on ceiling in kitchen which were full of flies. Corrective Action(s): Do not use fly tape in kitchen area. discard and discontinue. Front door should be kept closed and should have spring action to ensure customers don't leave open. Pass through window is a problem. Install a moveable screen and/or mount a fan above window to create air curtain to keep flies out. Back door must be kept closed. Follow up in one month or send pics of completed work. Violation Score: 9

Cooling units adjusted to keep temperature below 4 C. Freezer ok Dishwasher at 71 C at plate. Using 70% alcohol for hard surface sanitizing. OK. Make sure dog/pet does not go through kitchen to get outside from office (ok). Out the back door please.
