Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): As discussed from last inspection, food in hot holding must have a time stamp or record of holding time since the hot holding unit was not able to maintain food at = or >60C. Operator created a time sheet for all food items at time of inspection. No records of time and temperature monitoring of food provided since last inspection.

Follow up to inspection report #NTRG-B9K364:

Code 305: Corrected at time of inspection. Items found on floor still (chemical bottles next to the sink, boxes blocking the entrance path in the office) and were moved to back storage room (outside).The back storage room must be re-organized.

Code 308:Corrected and pending for cooler lid to arrive. Cooler was checked by service technician Feb 25, 2019. Email confirmation provided. Operator reported that condiment cooler lid was ordered. The original cooler not operational at time of inspection. Contact your local health inspector for re-inspection once the cooler lid arrives and operational at = or <4C.

Code 501: Pending correction. Staff requires food safety training. (Correction Date: One month from last inspection report.)

** The storage space has raw wood flooring. Operator to show documents of approval from Fraser Health of back storage room (separate from the facility). Contact your local health inspector to provide information.
