Professional pest control contracted. Recent report checked. Spices/dry goods stored in pest proof containers. Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have droppings removed every morning and sanitize all affected areas. Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied throughout. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C. - Hot-holding units operating above 60'C. - 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles. NOTE: Ensure to have each bottle (detergents/degreaser/sanitizer) accurately labelled. - Good food storage practice observed throughout. - Low temperature dishwasher achieved 50ppm chlorine at plate level after final rinse. - Glasswasher achieved minimum level of iodine (12.5ppm) after final rinse. General maintenance and sanitation level had improved from the previous inspection, except mentioned above. Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
