Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The dishwasher had 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer. The sanitizer bucket underneath the dishwasher was empty.
Corrective Action(s): The sanitizer bucket was replaced at the dishwasher registered 50 ppm chlorine afterwards. Ensure that the dishwasher is checked daily.

All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
No evidence of pests. Pest control reports were available on site.
