Comments

-Facility uses the church kitchen in addition to the equipment in the child care facility.

Child Care Area:
-Minor food preparation carried out in the child care area.
-Refrigerator/freezer was at 2C/-21C.
-Handwash station shared with the 2-compartment sink was accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer was labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Foods properly stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.

Church:
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -24C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 72C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Foods stored off the ground or in pest resistant containers.
-General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection. Minor evidence of pest droppings in the store room. Clean and sanitize areas affected with rodent droppings and monitor for pest activity. Contact pest control services as needed.
