- Front display case, Front under counter cooler, front reach in cooler, deli display, prep cooler, upright storage cooler at the back - are all less than 4C
- Freezers functional, measured between -14 to -17C
- Bleach sanitizer available in labelled spray bottle 200 ppm chlorine residual
- High temperature dishwasher measured 78C at utensil surface during final rinse
- No evidence of pest activity noted
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Foodsafe certification is verified
