Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bucket at front food service area was measured @ 50 ppm QUAT. Dispenser Container was empty. QUAT @ 200ppm is required to allow for adequate disinfection.
Corrective action: Ensure daily monitoring of sanitizer solution (QUAT @ 200ppm).
Replace container as needed. Ensure bucket containing rag is replaced max every 2 hours.

Observation: Opening observed under back exit door. Rubber seal was broken --> potential chew marks of rodents. These conditions allow for the enterance of pests.
Corrective action: replace door sweep under rear exit. Replace rubber seal between 2 front doors (gap observed)

-Good employee hygiene
-Good overall sanitation
-All rags stored in sanitizing solution
