Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations

No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated January 4, 2023 there were 42 children, 12 staff were present. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy was sent to the Manager. The following was discussed: -The reportable incident reporting procedure. The bulletin was given -The current cleaning protocols that are in place -Preventing lead in the water The inspection findings were reviewed with a staff member at the inspection.
