Observation: Two buckets of frozen bagels were stored on the floor of walk-in freezer. Repeat.
Corrective Action(s): Please store food 6 inches off the ground. Utilize the shelving units or purchase smaller buckets so they fit the shelving units.

Observation: Some fruit flies noted in the back hallway where old equipment are collected. Dirty mop water in bucket by mop sink.
Corrective Action(s): Please remove unused equipment, clean the floors and empty dirty mop water after use.

Observation: Mildew noted on the door seal around milk cooler under espresso machine, some inside ice machine and food debris collected on the bottom (door edge) of two door cooler inside kitchen. Food debris also collected in sandwich cooler. Dust from small oven has collected over time and requires cleaning as it blows into espresso machine area.
Corrective Action(s): Please clean and sanitize noted areas by follow up inspection.
