-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 1C (top and bottom).
-Front upright cooler (sauces) was at 1C.
-Front dough cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -14C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-3-compartment sink used for cleaning and sanitizing. Sink plugs present.
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottle properly labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods properly off the floor, covered, and protected from contamination.
-General sanitation satisfactory. Ensure staff pay more attention under equipment (along the wall).
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
