Rotisserie chicken hot holding was maintaining >60C at the time of inspection
QUATS sanitizer solution measured 200 ppm in spray bottles and out of the dispenser
No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
3 compartment sink stocked with sink plugs, staff were able to demonstrate proper warewashing procedures
