-Open can of foods noted in cooler
Corrective Action(s): - Foods to be covered ONLY with proper lid or food grade materials ( sauren wraps )
-Food containers to be stored on shelving units at least 6 " off of the floor
-Foods to be stored in ONLY clean sanitized containers ( inside and outside of containers must be cleaned)
-Never stack food containers on top of each other without protection
-Store all meat and any raw animal products in lower shelf away from vegetable and cooked foods
