- Temperature monitoring records are maintained and up-to-date.
- Food storage practices appear satisfactory. Food is protected from contamination.
- Wiping cloths stored in 200 ppm QUATS.
- RTU 200 ppm QUATS available in spray bottles.
- Manual 3-compartment sink dishwashing and sanitizing procedures in use. 200 ppm QUATS used for sanitizing dishes and food equipment.
- No pest activity noted at time of inspection.
- Operator states that they are self-monitoring/ checking for pest activity.
**Ensure that immediate corrective actions are taken if new pest activity is observed.
**Keep front entrance door closed at all times to prevent potential pest entry.
**Ensure that all rodent snap traps are properly activated to be effective for its intended use.
- FOODSAFE Level 1 requirements in compliance. Operator is present and has valid certificate equivalent to FOODSAFE Level 1. (Certificate Expiry: 25-Aug-2028)

**Previously noted on Inspection Report DNGG-CSRUGL dated 13-June-2023:
- Operator removed high temperature sanitizing dishwasher from the premises without health approval.
- At this time, employees are properly conducting manual 3-compartment sink washing and sanitizing method.
- Only single use utensils and dishes are used for food service.
**Should future inspections identify warewashing and sanitizing violations, the dishwasher will be required to be re-installed.
**Should future inspections identify that manual dishwashing method is inadequate to meet peak demands of the operation, the dishwasher will be required to be re-installed.
**Changes to the approved operation and/ or premises is NOT permitted without written Health Approval from Fraser Health.
