Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Provide holder or dispenser for paper towel. Sandwich display cooler was at 3-6 deg C. Sandwiches supplied by Bread Affair. No expiry products noted at time of inspection. Freezers were at -18 deg C. Food items sold were pre-packaged food items only. Washrooms were in sanitary condition. Back area: Two comp sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer (quats) available at the dispenser at 200 ppm. - Provide sanitizer spray bottles for front service area and for the back. Ice machine was clean. There is a cleaning schedule for this equipment (bi-weekly or if there is build up then it gets cleaned). Ice scoop stored in sanitary manner. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.i
