Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink in the corner is blocked by garbage cans and does not drain.
Corrective Action(s): Hand sink must be accessible at all times, move garbage cans to another location.
Unclog drain so it drains freely.

Observation: 1. Found spring rolls sitting on contaminated egg cartons.
2. Found bags of dry rice, and floor sitting directly on the floor
3. Found multiple open containers that were not properly sealed or in pest proof containers.
4. Found food being stored amoung kids play area, and office spaces.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Discard spring rolls as may be contaminated with salmonella from liquid left behind by cracked eggs
2. Must keep all food products at least 6" or 15 cm off the ground.
3. Once a container/package is opened it must be able to close tightly or must be put into a pest proof container to prevent contamination.
4. reorganize kitchen and storage area so the personal items (such as kids toys) and non-food items (office supplies/newspapers) are kept away from food items, and food is protected from contamination

Corrective Action(s): Ensure to keep door closed at all times to prevent the entrance of pests, or install a screen door. Install weather stripping under the door to prevent entry of pests (one week to install).

2. Have surface of butcher block planed so it is smooth and easily cleanable.

Observation: 1. Found multiple ceiling tiles out of place and light fixtures without protective covers
2. Found a hole in the wall by the walk in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Must ensure all ceiling panels are in place and all florescent lights have proper covers.
2. Repair hole in wall to ensure it is still washable and prevents the entrance of pests.

- Dishwasher had a final rinse of about 72 at the plate
- No signs of pest activity noted during the inspection
