General sanitation is good.
Coolers (walk in, two prep coolers, upright, beverages, & glass-door) < or = to 4C.
Freezer (walk in) at -18C.
Thermometers for all cold units - available.
Low temperature dishwasher at 100 ppm of Chlorine solution at 39C at the plate's level.
Surface sanitizer available in spray labeled bottles at 100ppm of Chlorine solution.
Fan hood - clean;
Dry storage area is satisfactory. Dry food items are stored in food grade containers with tight fitting lids.
No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection.
Bar, staff washroom, & kitchen handwashing sinks are stoked with liquid soap and paper towel.

Recommendation:
- Please keep away from the hand sink cleaning equipment in the staff washroom (do not block it).
- Do not leave food in tin containers; transfer food from open tin containers into a food grade containers with lids.
- Important. Please repair the sink at the prep. area. As well as provide more convenient soap pump dispenser.
