General comments:
- Hand washing stations supplied with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
- All coolers 4C or below
- All freezers -18C or below
- Hot holding units above 60C
- Thermometers are present for temperature monitoring
- Quats sanitizer available in spray bottles/buckets measured at 200ppm
- Quats sanitizer at dispenser measured at 200ppm.
- * Ensure manufacturers instructions are being followed to dilute the Quats sanitizer. Using the correct temperature to dilute the sanitizer helps to ensure the correct concentration is coming out of the sanitizer dispenser.
- 3 compartment sink is used for manual ware washing
- Food are stored in food grade containers, covered, date stamped using stickers, and 6" off the floor
- Ice machine is maintained in sanitary conditions
- Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner
- Valid FoodSafe level certified staff present
- Overall general sanitation is good except mentioned
- No signs of pest infestation at the time of inspection.
