GENERAL COMMENTS:

Sanitizer bucket has 200 ppm Quats; Spray bottles have 200ppm Quats solution in them.
Handsinks are fully equipped
All freezers -18 Degrees Celsius or lower
All coolers 4 Degrees Celsius or lower
Hot foods were held above 60 degC
Meat slicers cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours as per Mgr, however staff do not have a reliable method to monitor this. To be followed up with EHO responsible for Sobey's Corporate FSP/SP.
Dishwasher rinse was 72 Degrees Celsius at plate level
Temperature log's being maintained.
Roast chicken is kept out in the warmer for about 4 hours after which the chicken is pulled and cooled for use in other dishes.
A pest control company is on contract. Last report reviewed. No concerns at this time.
