Routine inspection: 3 compartment sink available for use. Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Domestic cooler at or below 4 degrees C. Freezer section at or below -18 degrees C. Stove and flat grill under exhaust canopy with fire suppression. General sanitation is good. Food storage in cabinets. Reminder, when in operation to prepare and have available for use a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution by diluting 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. Also, if the kitchen is to be rented out for an event, function, gathering, etc that is open to the public have the applicant apply for a temporary food permit from Fraser Health.
