-Walk-in cooler was at 3C. -Pizza prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom). -Front glass door cooler was at 4C. -Upright freezer was at -18C. -Chest freezer was at -15C. -Hot holding was greater than 60C. -Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in 3-compartment sink. Bleach disinfectant was prepared at 100ppm in the 3-compartment sink. -Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. -Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was at 100ppm. Ensure bottle is relabelled as necessary. -Deli slicer properly disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing. -General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered. -Canned items in the dry storage area were in good condition - no dented cans. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection. -Washroom clean and well maintained. *Operators FoodSafe Level 1 certificate issued prior to July 29, 2013. FoodSafe Level 1 certificate will expire on July 29, 2018.
