-Routine Inspection
-Ownership change. No changes to service or physical premise.
-Handwashing sinks contain hot water, liquid soap, and paper towel.
-coolers measured 4 deg. C or less: walk-in, undercounter coolers in kitchen and coffee station
-Freezer measured -18 deg. C (walk-in freezer)
-Dishwasher measures 100 ppm chlorine
-Hot holding of soups and sauce > 60 deg. C
-Quat dispenser at 200 ppm quat.
-Quat bucket in Kitchen at 200 ppm Quat
-Test strips for chlorine and quat available
-Temperature logs available
-General sanitation is adequate
-Foods are covered and protected from contamination
-Foods kept at least 6 inches off the ground
-Ice machine is clean. Ice scoop stored in a separate sanitary container.
-Minor fruit fly activity.
